HOW DOES THIS WORK?
The beauty of working with a fellow small business owner is that we make it work for us. No need to worry about agency price structures or massive contracts. Here's a breakdown:

In the Beginning: We start out with a simple conversation where we talk about what marketing you're currently doing, what's holding you back, and what you'd like to see improve. From this conversation we'll start to see what the first few projects should be.

Marketing Evaluation: After we agree on the first few projects, I'll take a look at what you have and propose an action plan which will include a process, timeline, and resources needed. We'll review this plan together and find a balance of what will get us a positive end result.

Execution of the Action Plan: This is where I kick in and begin providing marketing assistance. We'll be in communication the entire time and working together on making decisions.

Project Evaluation: Once the work is almost complete, we'll review metrics to determine our progress. This is an opportunity to further our project and take the next step (if there's opportunity to do so) or to discuss other marketing tasks you'd like to have done.
